ABC Trainerize vs. Everfit

After signing up for a trial, you'll be able to enjoy all of ABC Trainerize's core features for 30 days, completely free of charge. There is no credit card required to activate your trial. At the end of the 30 days, you can upgrade to the paid plan of your choice. If you do not upgrade, you will be automatically downgraded to our Free plan with limited clients and features.

Once you've activated your trial or purchased your plan, there a lot of resources to get you started. In the web app, you'll find a setup guide with instructional videos and guided walk-throughs on how to quickly create training programs and how to use key features in ABC Trainerize.

Don't forget: you can always visit the ever-growing Help Center for detailed articles on specific topics.

No! There is absolutely no cost for your clients to use ABC Trainerize. It's up to you what you charge them for your services, but access to the platform and setting up a client account is completely free.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and can make those changes yourself right from your ABC Trainerize account.

Note that not all features are available or included with all plans, so be sure to review what is or isn't included in your new plan before completing the change. You will lose access to any features or add-ons not included in or available with your new plan as of your next billing cycle. For example, if you choose to downgrade from a Studio plan to a Pro or Grow plan, you may lose access to your included add-ons (Custom Branded App, Video Coaching, Advanced Nutrition Coaching, Stripe Integrated Payments).

When changing to a larger plan or a longer billing cycle, the change is applied immediately and the pro-rated difference is charged to your account.

When changing to a smaller or Free plan, or when switching to a shorter billing cycle, the change is applied at the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue to use your current paid plan until that date. We are unable to issue refunds for unused portions of your subscription.

All of ABC Trainerize's powerful core features are included in the subscription price for all of our paid plans. However, if you choose to level up your subscription through our add-ons, there are a few additional costs you may encounter.

Select add-ons are available to Grow and Pro plan users at an addtional cost to their base plan subscription and can be purchased at any time. Our Studio plans include access to most of our add-ons at no additional cost, though usage limits, transaction fees, and overage charges still apply. For add-on pricing for Enterprise plans, please contact us directly.

• The Advanced Nutrition Coaching Add-on allows you to generate and deliver custom meal plans, contribute meals and recipes to your business's meal library, and give clients access to the best meals to cook and track in-app. The add-on costs $5/mo for Grow, Pro 5, and Pro 15 plans, $45/mo for Pro 30 to Pro 200 plans, and it is included as part of the Studio plan cost.
• The Pro Custom Branded App add-on has a one-time setup fee of $199 for Pro plan. The Studio Custom Branded App is included as part of the Studio and Enterprise plans.
• The Video Coaching add-on includes a monthly bundle of video calling and video streaming hours to let you run virtual coaching calls or PT sessions, and host on-demand workouts. The Pro plan add-on is a $10 USD monthly subscription and includes 50h video calling + 100h video streaming. The Studio plan add-on is included in the Studio plan cost and inclues includes 500h video calling + 5000h video streaming. Extra time can be purchased in packs (Video call time is sold in packs of 20 hours for $10 per pack. Video Workout streaming time is sold in packs of 100 hours for $10 per pack.)
• The Stripe Integrated Payments add-on allows you to create, market and sell products online. Automate your sales funnel and program delivery and pay out your earnings through Stripe. This add-on is a $10 USD monthly subscription for Grow and Pro plans and it is included in the Studio plan cost.

You will be moved onto our Free plan with limited access to ABC Trainerize features and add-ons, and limited to being able to train 1 active client limit. All clients above the Free plan limit will be automatically deactivated. If you are using Payments in ABC Trainerize, all active recurring products will be canceled and will not renew. If you have a Custom Branded App, it will be deactivated and you will need to use the main ABC Trainerize app.
