FAQs

Yes, on paid plans. The AI Workout Builder is included at no additional cost on paid subscription plans (Grow and above). It isn’t available on 30-day trial or free accounts. It can build workouts for clients on paid plans, but not for Basic clients.

When you open the builder from a client’s profile or program, it uses the client’s age, sex, height, and most recent weight from the last three months, along with up to 10 recent workouts and 10 recent cardio sessions. Your prompt sets the goal, and the draft reflects both. Client names aren’t shared with the AI, and client data isn’t used to train the model.

Very. Our AI Workout Builder considers client goals, training history, preferences, and past performance to generate workouts that feel intentional—not generic.

Yes. You review the draft in the preview and ask for changes before you confirm it. Once it’s confirmed, you can adjust exercises, sets, reps, and progressions directly in the Workout Builder before it goes to your client.

The AI Workout Builder is designed to work directly inside the ABC Trainerize platform, using your existing workflows, clients, and programs—no copying, pasting, or extra tools required.

One at a time. Each draft is reviewed, confirmed, and saved separately. The builder can’t create full training programs or training phases yet, and it can’t assign workouts to clients.

Yes. You can upload a CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or PDF file of up to 1 MB that contains one workout, and the builder will draft a workout from it.

Client data stays inside ABC Trainerize. The builder doesn’t access client names or personally identifiable information, and the data it does use isn’t used to train the AI model.
